Knee Pain
1.
Bend the knee at a 90 degree angle.
2.
Anchor the middle of a half strip of
tape under the kneecap and lay ends down.
3.
Anchor a full strip 10 inches above
the outer side of the kneecap and apply tape around the outer edge of the
kneecap, and tape across the lower knee.
4.
Anchor another full strip 10 inches
above the inner side of the kneecap and apply tape around the inner edge of the
kneecap and tape across the lower knee.
