-Front Neck Pain

Bend the neck backward. Anchor the base
of full Y strip at the center of the chest and apply two tails just under both
jaws.
2.
Or, you can anchor the base of the Y strip below the earlobe and apply two
tails to the front part of the clavicle.
3.
Repeat the same for the opposite side of the neck.
