Golf Elbow
1.
Stretch the arm and bend the wrist backward.
Anchor the base of a Y strip at the front wrist and apply the tails over
the lower arm toward the elbow.
2.
Anchor the base of another Y strip at the medial side of the elbow and apply
the tails across the arm.
3.
Place the last full strip over the medial side of the elbow.
